President

With over 20 years of experience in insurance management, finance and business advising, Bowen Smith, licensed insurance agent and financial advisor is at the helm of Merit Harbor Advisors, LLC in Louisville, KY.

Bowen loves working with our clients, both new and seasoned. The opportunity to work alongside families and businesses, knowing that what he does is creating peace of mind against potential losses - with an eye to client budget and always the best possible practices - is why he does this work.  

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Bowen holds a B.A. in Political Science and Urban Studies from the College of Charleston and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.  When he isn't working for you he's having a great time with his family - and if he's lucky they are all in, on or near a large body of water.
